An employer wants to chat with me. How does it work?

Click the chat icon at the top right of the page to open Messages.

• New requests appear as a chat request from the company, and you accept it before replying
• Use the All and Unreplied filters to find conversations you have not answered
• Older chats move to Ended conversations

You can search your conversations using the search box at the top of the list.
