How do job recommendations work?

When you are logged in, the homepage shows a Jobs For You list with a Recommended tab.

Employers can also send you an Invitation to Apply when your profile looks like a match for their job opening.

To get better matches, keep these updated:

• Your resume
• Your profile sections, especially working experience and skills
• Job Preferences, such as preferred job title, location and expected salary
