What is an Invitation to Apply?

An invitation means an employer found your profile and thinks you could be a good fit for their job opening, so they are inviting you to apply.

1. Open My Jobs and click the Invitation tab.
2. Use the filters Pending, Rejected and Accepted to sort them.
3. Click View Details to read the job, then Apply Now if you are interested.

An invitation is not a job offer and it is not an application. You still need to apply. Some invitations show Expired once the job ad closes.
