How do I reset my password?
Ricebowl mainly signs you in with a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email, so most jobseekers never need a separate password.
If you have set a password before and forgotten it:
- Go to the login page and click Login via Password Instead.
- Look for Forgot Password on that screen and click it.
- Enter your registered email, then follow the instructions sent to you to set a new password.
Tip
Do not have a password set, or cannot find Forgot Password? Just use Send OTP on the main login page instead. You do not need your old password to log in that way.
Important
Never share the OTP or password reset link that Ricebowl sends you with anyone else, even if they say they are from Ricebowl or a company.
