I cannot log in. What should I do?

Most login problems come from using a different email or phone number than the one you registered with.

Try this first:

1. Open the login page and use the email you registered with.
2. Click Send OTP and check your inbox, including the spam or junk folder.
3. If the code does not arrive, wait a moment and request it again.
4. If you prefer a password, click Login via Password Instead.
